A delightful flavoured chicken skewer to be enjoyed at a family BBQ.
(Makes 4 skewers)
8 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
3 tbs fresh grated ginger
1 tbs Chinese hot chilli sauce
1 tbs soy sauce
4 tbs hoisin sauce
Cut thighs into 2.5cm cubes. Marinate the chicken with all the ingredients and then place the chicken on the skewers. Grill over hot coals 5 minutes per side. Enjoy!
