S&C for Runners & Cyclists
This strength and conditioning session for Runners and Cyclists is broken down into two units; first are active strengthening exercises focusing on the quadriceps, hamstrings, calves, hip flexors, glutes and the erector spinae muscles; the second is to improve mobility and the health of fascia connective tissue.
50-minutes in length
(30-mins Active, 15-mins Static Stretches)

- Straight after payment you will be able to download the meeting ID for Zoom. Please keep this safe.
- Logon to the class through the free Zoom application on your phone, computer or tablet device. Type in Zoom ID and enter the class five minutes before it begins.
