Cross Smashes Club Record with New 10k PB

Ellis Cross successfully ran his first ever 10,000m track race running a new club record time of 32:36.4. Ellis knocked off 3 minutes and 39 seconds off the 14-year-old record which was previously held by Tom Orton set back in 2001. His time establishes him in the UK top 100.

Ellis now looks ahead to next weekends Cardiff 10k in which he has been invited into the elite race.

Bikram Singh also ran at the Tipton Open; finally clocking 2:03 over the 800m.
