Disclaimer and Waiver of Liability

1. Programme Objectives and Procedures
The Simon King Fitness programme is designed to improve cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength and endurance, flexibility, and body composition. Activities may include aerobic exercises (e.g., running, cycling, swimming), calisthenics, resistance training, and flexibility routines. Programs are tailored to the individual’s fitness level and goals.

2. Acknowledgment of Risks
Participation in any fitness program carries inherent risks. These may include, but are not limited to, abnormal changes in blood pressure, heart rhythm disturbances, fainting, musculoskeletal injury, or in rare cases, heart attack or death. Proper warm-up, progression, and adherence to instructions reduce these risks, but cannot eliminate them entirely. The Client acknowledges that they are participating voluntarily and assume full responsibility for any and all risks, injuries, or damages that may occur.

3. Health Declaration
The Client affirms they are in good physical health and have no conditions that would prevent safe participation in exercise. Any known medical conditions have been fully disclosed. The Client confirms that they have undergone a recent medical check-up and have received clearance from their physician to participate in aerobic and/or anaerobic exercise.

4. Potential Benefits
Regular participation in the program may lead to benefits such as reduced body fat, improved cardiovascular efficiency, increased muscular strength, better joint mobility, improved blood pressure and cholesterol, and overall enhanced well-being.

5. Waiver and Release of Liability
Simon King Fitness and its trainers are not liable for injury, death, or damages arising from participation in the program, whether supervised or unsupervised. The Client waives any and all claims against Simon King Fitness arising out of participation in the program. This includes injuries resulting from equipment use, exercise execution, or failure to follow instructions.

6. No Guarantees
While the program is designed to support physical improvement, Simon King Fitness does not guarantee specific results related to weight loss, muscle gain, performance, or lifestyle changes.
